The story

The greatest club story
America hasn't heard.

Thessaloniki, Greece — a port city of a million people where football is religion. In 1914, its founders named their club after the ancient god of war and put his image on the badge. For 112 years, ARIS has been the soul of half a city: yellow smoke, a fortress of a stadium, and a fanbase whose intensity is European football folklore.

In 2011, ARIS knocked the holders Atlético Madrid out of the Europa League. From 1968 to 2020 no visiting club won a European match here — it took a pandemic and an empty stadium to end the run. This is not a startup asking you to imagine a brand. The brand has existed for 2,500 years. The club has carried it for 112.

American ownership transformed Wrexham — a fifth-division Welsh club bought for roughly £2 million — into a global media property. The playbook is public. What's missing is the next club with a story big enough to carry it. There is exactly one club on Earth named after the god of war.

The arbitrage

American sports money is smart.
This is the mispricing.

Why now

Three doors, open at once.

2026
The World Cup on American soil has created the largest surge of US interest in football in history — and the obvious European markets are fully priced.
The club
After more than a decade, the current controlling shareholder has publicly signalled openness to a serious proposal. The window exists today. It will not exist forever.
The region
American capital is already deploying billions in the Balkans, 300 km away. Greece is the upgrade: EU membership, the euro, rule of law, 33 million tourists a year — and a football city that would welcome an ambitious foreign owner with open arms.
Serious people only

Qualified parties receive context,
